My work focuses on the acmes and depressions of existence, through the use of narrative and fictional characters.

I do art about fictional characters because they're the epitome of our most human desires and fallible tendencies. They are our beacons and closest relations. In some cases, they are merely re-imaginings of our own personalities, serving as extensions of the self.

In a generation that feels lost in the technological era amongst the screens and sound, we are compelled to push back against. We fight for genuine connections as we become continually, rapidly transformed into isolated machines ourselves. We feel apathy. We don't feel. We turn to the times we did at all--nostalgia long gone.
